For many years now, CELAB has been working in the defence sector, gaining extensive and recognised experience constantly applied to testing activities carried out on military equipment in the ground, naval and avionics sectors.
We have been structured for the military sector through:
- a quality system compliant with EN 17025, EN 9001, EN 17065, ISO 9100 standards
- authorisation for the detention of weapon system parts ex. Art. 28 (it is a crime to deliver products for military use to laboratories without this authorisation)
- the possibility of carrying out all MIL STD 810, MIL STD 461, MIL STD 704 and other specific military tests
- the possibility of carrying out tests adapted to customer specifications, with specially designed setups
- access to government sites for tests on large objects
On your devices we can then:
- perform the qualification tests required by the standard
- prepare the necessary qualification test plans (QTP, Qualification Test Procedures)
- perform correctness checks on test documents (QTR, Qualification Test Report)
- carrying out witnessing audits on tests performed at other laboratories or other locations
- provide interpretation of MIL STD standards
- Interpret CE marking requirements for military equipment
