From March 18 to 21, 2024, Celab took part in the SATELLITE 2024 Conference & Exhibition, one of the most important international events in the field of connectivity and space services, held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C.
The event was a strategic opportunity to present our CE marking services to international companies, supporting non-EU manufacturers in placing their products on the European market in full compliance with current EU regulations. In a global context where technical compliance is increasingly critical to market access, our goal was to offer reliable, clear and expert guidance for companies targeting Europe.
Celab was featured within the Italian Pavilion, promoted by the ICE Office in Houston in collaboration with the Italian Space Agency (ASI), helping to represent the range of services and expertise offered by the Italian technology sector.
In addition to CE compliance, Celab has extensive experience in qualification testing for both civil and military aerospace applications, further strengthening our role as a technical partner for high-tech companies.
In 2023, the Italian aerospace sector achieved a total turnover of €18 billion, with over €8 billion in exports. Exports to the United States alone saw a 27.37% increase, reaching a total value of $3.17 billion — a clear sign of growing interest in Italian expertise.
