We are aware that the strategic element for the development of our company is the continuous satisfaction of the requirements and expectations of the clients.
To be able to promptly identify and interpret, it is indispensable that the corporate organization  and the behaviours of all of us are oriented to the achievement of these goals.
CELAB adopts a quality system for the following scope:
Testing laboratory for the electronic and mechanical products used in civil, industrial and military environment. Instruments calibration. Special tests according to the client’s specification. Notified body. Certification body. Training.
Such to ensure:
  • Our commercial capacities, establishing ourselves not only in the national territory but even abroad;
  • The good professional practice and the quality of the tests and of the calibrations offered to the clients;
  • The security of the information provided by the client;
  • The technical competence;
  • The continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS;
  • The satisfaction of the client;
  • The commitment to satisfy the clients’ requirements;
  • The commitment to comply with the following international standards:
    • UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005; EN 45011:1999;
    • UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17021:2011;
    • UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
  • A structural framework to define and review the objectives of the quality;
  • The commitment to comply with the requirements of the Accreditation bodies;
  • The communication and the understanding of the requirements inside and outside of the organization;
  • The review in case of modifications to the QMS, in order to assess its integrity;
  • The understanding of all the staff involved in the activities of calibration and testing of the documentation of the quality, of the policies and of the procedures.
To achieve the indicated objectives, the General Management commits to provide the company all the means and the necessary supports such as: staff, equipment and specialized training.
In particular, for the promotion and the coordination of the activities that have to be undertaken for the attainment and the maintain of the certification UNI EN ISO 9001, of the EN 17025, of the EN 17021 of the EN 45011, the General Management nominated a responsible of the System of the Quality Management who directly reports to the Management itself.
The objectives above are yet not reachable without the direct involvement and support of all of us. Only by collaborating and cooperating, we can achieve what was set and we will be able to continuously improve ourselves.
Only by pursuing such objectives, we can become the COMPANY LEADER IN ITALY IN THE SECTOR OF MILITARY AND AERONAUTICS TESTING.
