Quality Policy

We are aware that the strategic element for the development of our company is the constant satisfaction of customers’ needs and expectations. In order to identify and interpret them timely, it is essential that the company organisation and the behaviours of all of us are oriented towards achieving these goals.

Celab embraces the concepts of Impartiality, Competence, Responsibility, Transparency, Confidentiality, Rapid and effective response to complaints. These values allow the company to ensure:

  • Excellent commercial capabilities, establishing ourselves not only in the national territory but also abroad;
  • Good professional practice and a high quality for the activities offered to clients;
  • The security of the information provided by the client;
  • Technical expertise;
  • Continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the QMS;
  • Customer satisfaction;
  • Commitment to meeting customer requirements;
  • Commitment to guarantee the quality of the service provided;
  • Commitment to comply to the International Standards applicable to our activities: UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025; UNI EN ISO 9001; ISO 9100; UNI EN ISO 17065;
  • A structural framework for defining and reviewing quality objectives;
  • Commitment to comply with the requirements of the Accreditation Bodies;
  • Communication and understanding of requirements inside and outside the organisation;
  • The review in case of changes to the QMS, in order to assess its integrity;
  • Understanding of all personnel involved in quality documentation activities, policies and procedures.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned goals, the Management commits to provide the company with all the necessary means and supports such as: specialized personnel, equipment and training.

In particular, for the promotion and coordination of the activities that must be undertaken to maintain compliance with applicable international standards, the Management has appointed a Quality Management System Manager (Quality Manager) who is directly responsible to the Management itself.

However, the objectives illustrated cannot be achieved without the direct involvement and support of each of us. Only by collaborating and cooperating we can achieve what we set out and be able to continuously improve ourselves.

Only by pursuing these objectives will we be able to become the leading company in Italy in the field of testing for the Defence, Aeronautics and Radio systems sectors.
